Food technology and food science


Food technology is one of the branches of food science that deals with the actual production stages of food, while food science (bromatology) is the applied science dedicated to the study of food. The authorities of food technologies described the discipline in which biological, engineering and physical science are used to study the nature of foods, the principles of food processing, the causes of deterioration and the improvement of foods for the consuming populates.
