Absolute growth rate

Its the rate of increase in the size of a growing plant in a given time under a specific condition. Absolute growth rate is the total gain in height or weight by a plant in a specific time interval. It is expressed generally as cm/day in case of plant height and g/day in case of dry matter accumulation
per plant.
